Join the training group designed specifically so you can enjoy mountain activities that demand your maximum physical performance.
We are pioneers and specialists in mountain training, preparation and coaching.
We offer a progressive training plan that includes:

Aerobic and anaerobic work

Balance and physical coordination work

Strength training for upper and lower body

Weighted backpack loading on uphill and downhill slopes

Schedule and Locations:

Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:00 to 8:30 PM, in Palermo

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:00 to 8:30 PM, in Martínez

Saturdays: 9:00 to 11:00 AM, at the Costanera Sur Reserve / Puerto Madero

Good to know
The training group has important goals and projects such as the following ascents and treks:

Ascent of Cerros Plata, Domuyo, Vulcán Lanín, Nevado de Chañi and others.

Ascent expedition to Cerro Aconcagua.

Ascents of Incahuasi and Llullaillaco.

Treks to the north: Tilcara-Calilegua, Iruya-Nazareno, Tafi del Valle - El Siambón.
FAQ
You can start the classes without prior mountaineering experience, but you do need a baseline level of physical fitness.
It is not cancelled for drizzle or cold weather (as in the mountains).
It is cancelled for electrical storms, hail or weather conditions that pose a health risk.
Comfortable clothing (we're going to get it dirty), running shoes, you can also bring a drink to hydrate but you'll have to carry it during training
Yes, paying the cost of that class with a 50% discount. If you like it and feel comfortable, you can continue and it counts toward the month's payment.
