Risk Acceptance

I understand that this adventure tourism activity involves certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated without destroying the nature of the activity itself. The same elements that make the activity unique may cause loss of or damage to equipment and belongings, and accidental injuries.

In full use of my mental faculties, I declare under oath that I am in good physical and mental health; that I know the inherent risks of this experience in natural environments, including physical harm and even death; that I have spoken in person or by phone with Argentina Extrema staff, who explained everything about the experience, exposure to the environment, the dangers of the activity, safety equipment, difficulty level, etc.; and that I will follow the instructions of instructors and guides. I voluntarily and exclusively assume these risks and all responsibility.

I hereby receive the organisers' recommendation to avoid alcohol and drugs during the experience. I know the risks that alcohol and drug use entail in this activity.

Finally, once my participation is accepted, I consent to:

• The experience taking place at the sites chosen by the company.
• Planned activities being suspended, according to our safety standards, and my being excluded from those for which I am not considered fit.
• The experience being modified at any time if terrain, weather, geographic or political conditions so require, at the discretion of the guides and staff in charge.
• Signing the personal form, including the risk acceptance, in order to take part.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELLER

• From the deposit until one (1) month before the trip, 25% of the total price is retained for administrative and booking costs.
• Within the month before the trip, 50% of the total price is retained.
• Within the last week before the trip, 100% of the total price is retained.

Note: Within the last month you may choose to apply half of the retained amount to a future trip.

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

If the minimum group size is not reached, 100% of the deposit or payment is refunded.

Note: All refunds are made through the same payment method used.

Price Update Policies

For prices set in Argentine pesos, if an unforeseeable economic situation affects the obligations assumed at the time of booking, the company reserves the right to adjust prices according to prevailing inflation in order to provide the contracted services.
