Day 1 : Transfer from Agri o İgdır a Doğubayazıt.. Along the way, we will enjoy our first view of Mount Ararat. Dinner in Doğubayazıt and introduction of the guides. During dinner, all questions regarding the Mount Ararat ascent will be answered. Accommodation is provided in double rooms.
Day 2 : Transfer from Doğubayazıt to the foothills of Mount Ararat (2,200 m) by minibus at 8:00 a.m. From here, the trekking ascent begins, climbing to 3,200 m (First Camp, approximately 4 hours). Upon arrival at camp, refreshments, tea, and coffee will be served. Afterwards, we will rest in our tents. Those who wish may explore the surrounding area before a hot dinner is served.
Day 3: To maximize the chances of a successful Mount Ararat trek, this day is reserved for acclimatization. After breakfast, at 9:00 a.m., we ascend to 4,200 m (Second Camp, approximately 4 hours). Lunch is served at camp. After a short rest, we descend back to the First Camp. Upon arrival, refreshments, tea, and coffee will be available. We then relax in our tents before dinner.
Day 4: After breakfast at 8:00 a.m., we ascend once again to the Second Camp at 4,200 m (approximately 4 hours). The afternoon is spent resting and preparing for the summit ascent the following day. Dinner at camp.
Day 5: We depart at 2:00 a.m. for the summit of Mount Ararat (5,137 m). Depending on snow conditions, crampons may be required for the final 200 meters. We expect to reach the summit around 8:00 a.m. After enjoying the views, we descend to the Second Camp, where hot soup and tea are served. Following a short rest, we continue down to the First Camp for the night. Dinner at the First Camp.
Day 6: After breakfast, we descend from the First Camp to the vehicle pickup point. We bid farewell to Mount Ararat and return to Doğubayazıt by minibus. After some time to relax at the hotel, we visit the historic İshak Paşa Palace before returning to town to enjoy a traditional Turkish hammam. Farewell dinner. Accommodation in double rooms.
Day 7: Transfer to Ağrı or Iğdır Airport.

You should bring a trekking/expedition backpack. A capacity between 50 and 65 liters is recommended.

All of our expeditions include meals on a full-board basis.
Our menus are based on regional cuisine, which is varied, nutritious, and well suited to trekking activities.
Participants are required to complete a personal and medical information form so that we can take into account any dietary restrictions or special nutritional requirements.
Note: The second pair of shoes is intended for use around camp to rest your feet and is optional. It may be replaced with Crocs, espadrilles, sandals, or similar footwear. Participants may also choose not to bring a second pair.
