Aconcagua: Stone Sentinel in sight
We present you the most accessible route to get up close to the highest giant in America and the western hemisphere. An adventure on foot up to 4,000 masl, right at the base of one of the most imposing walls on earth, with almost 3,000 meters of unevenness.

Itinerary - Exclusive programming in Aconcagua:
We recommend staying the day before in the city of Mendoza.
Day 1 Mendoza-Puente del Inca (2800 masl). Meeting in Mendoza city, bus terminal, airport or we will look for you in your accommodation. 9 am. Guides presentation and equipment check-up. Transfer to the Aconcagua Provincial Park office for the application and payment of ascent permits (consult the procedure online, several days before). Last minute shopping. Transfer to Puente del Inca (2800 masl). Chek In in a mountain hostel. Rest, short walks, hydration. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Confluencia (3300 masl). Breakfast. We´ll start with our great adventure in Aconcagua. Transfer to Horcones (2900 masl). Presentation of permits and admission to the Aconcagua Provincial Park. First section of the trekking. We pass through the Horcones lagoon where we get the first great view of the Colossus of America, with its impressive and majestic south wall. We cross the bridge over the Horcones River and continue to the Confluencia camp (3300 masl). Rest. Use of carpones-domes for meals and meetings. We will use mountain tents, from now on, to sleep. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Confluencia (3300 masl). Breakfast. This day we´ll dedicate to make an important walk through the area with options between the viewpoint of Plaza Francia (base south wall) or the slopes of Cerro Tolosa. Return in the afternoon, rest and hydration. We´ll prepare for the next day, very long, trying to go to rest early. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Breakfast. Return to Puente del Inca by the same path of previous ascent. The views of the colossus begin to give us the reverse view and we say goodbye to the provincial park. In the parking lot the vehicle will wait for us to take us back to Mendoza where we will arrive in the afternoon (bus terminal end point).
